Slag Discharge Gate Valve
Slag discharge gate valve is used to cut off or put through the gray water mixture, slag water mixture in the pipeline. Compared with ordinary gate valves, the over-flow part of the slag discharge valve has high hardness and good wear resistance. Special structure design makes the valve can not store slag, generally at the bottom of the outlet with a slag ditch, conducive to slag discharge.
● Special slag discharge tank design, slow down the scour of slag water on the sealing surface, to meet the harsh requirements of special working conditions.
● Special materials matching to ensure high hardness and poor hardness of sealing surface; Precision grinding, smooth as mirror, wear and corrosion resistance, effectively prolong the service life.
● Two-section valve body and gate design can be replaced by washed out sealing components, reducing user input and simplifying maintenance process.
● Slag discharge gate valve has multiple operation modes for users to choose, mainly manual, bevel gear drive, pneumatic, electric and so on.
