Cryogenic gate valve is designed to perform optimally in ultra-low temperature environments, making it ideal for cryogenic applications. engineered with precision, this valve ensures dependable flow control and tight sealing even in conditions as low as -196°c (-321°f).
● Manufactured from specialized materials that retain strength and stability at cryogenic temperatures, ensuring longevity and reliability.
● Ideal for industries handling liquefied gases, such as LNG, air separation, and chemical processing, where reliable low-temperature performance is critical.
● Extended bonnet.
● Low emission packing.
● Low temperature gasket and packing.
● Overlaying Stellite onto sealing surface.
● Open a bleed hole to the upstream side and extended backseat to prevent the pressure increase of body cavity.
● All cryogenic valves are thoroughly degreasing and cleaned and pipe ends are sealed to prevent contamination.
